The 12' garage has room enough for a few toys, plus there is sleeping for nine when you have the electric bed with dual opposing sofas in the garage space. The ramp door makes loading and unloading easy, and there is overhead storage space for your gear. You will also find a twin bed loft above the garage area that overlooks the main living space inside. A nice half bath makes it easy to keep the dirt and grime outside where it belongs when they are coming in from playing on the trails to use a bathroom.

Inside the main living area find a wide open combined space with dual opposing slides. As you enter through the cargo area, there is a slide out double recliner and 18 cu. ft. refrigerator, plus pantry to the right along the curb side wall.

The opposite slide features an L-shaped hide-a-bed sofa with recliner on one end, and a kitchen area with three burner range, counter peninsula including double sinks, and overhead cabinets. A second pantry is on the interior wall for more dry goods. Next to the slide find an entertainment center on the outside wall of the full bath for your enjoyment.

Head up the steps in front and find a full bath on your left. The bath features a shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. There is a sliding door that leads into the bedroom as well.

The front private master bedroom features a queen bed slide, dresser opposite with entertainment center above, and a full front wardrobe with another wardrobe in the corner.
