Luxury and Family Friendly all in one beautiful RV - this 2013 Discovery 40G by Fleetwood is built on the Freightliner XCS Series Chassis and powered by a mighty Cummins ISL9 380 hp Diesel engine.

This family-friendly layout can sleep up to 8, with a King bed in the main suite, two bunk beds, couch has new full queen mattress - 2022, and a large U-shaped dinette that quickly converts into a bed.

The tile flooring and solid surface countertops give a luxurious feel, and the beautiful cabinetry is light and gorgeous. There are three large flat-screen TVs (above the driver and passenger seats) above the countertop across from the sofa and in the main bedroom. The exterior TV and stereo system are outside under the large patio awning that is great for tailgating or watching your favorite movie under the stars.

The living area is enhanced with opposing slides that create a large living area and galley space. The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - including a full-size residential refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, a 3-burner gas cooktop with solid surface cooktop covers, oven, and a large double kitchen sink with lots of storage space and pantry space throughout the galley area.

The storage space inside and outside is tremendous - there are full-width storage compartments, and the front one has a slide-out storage tray. The systems are easily accessible with all of the water controls centralized, and the battery compartment for the house batteries and the chassis batteries are also easily accessed.

The unit is equipped with a Solar panel and charge converter system; there is an Inverter to support the operation of the electrical appliances when underway.

This RV has low mileage and is ready to take its subsequent owners on the road for family fun for years of enjoyment.
