2018 Northwood Fox Mountain 255RKS 29' Fifth Wheel. Slide Out, Awning, Sleeps 4, A/C Unit, Leveling Jacks.

Our 2018 Fox Mountain 255RKS was built by Northwood of Oregon. It has an off-road chassis, four seasons insulation and an automated, covered awning. The kitchen features a 2-door extra-large 8 Cu. Ft. fridge, a three-burner stove top with one fast-heating burner and an oven. The dining table accommodates four people (two of them children) with a bench built-in seating and long, wide drawers below the seats. There is a 2-outlet electric socket underneath the table. We use it to plug in our laptop computer. Others may want to plug in a compact sewing machine. The dining room is the only slide out.

There is lots of storage inside and outside. Those areas include a wardrobe closet, linen closet, night stands with two deep shelves above and one drawer below. The extra-long queen Tru-Rest mattress by Northwood assures one of a restful night's sleep. The bedroom has a roof vent with a lit remote control that mounts on the wall for the various speed fan. One can set it at either the desired temperature or speed. It does have a rain sensor that closes the vent at the first hint of moisture in the air including dew.

The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, roomy shower with overhead skylight and room for hanging a laundry bag, ample lighting and overhead fan. The one TV is in the living area on a swivel with a Jensen surround sound system. One can use the speakers for TV, Radio, CD/DVD and Bluetooth in the bedroom or outside. Two recliners with a magazine table between them. One air conditioner with A/C and heater vents in each room. There is one exception, the bedroom has heat but no A/C.
