2015 Forest River Wildcat 327RE 32' 8" Travel Trailer. Slide Out, Awning, Sleeps 4, A/C Unit, Stabilizing System.

This spacious fifth wheel has all the comforts of home along with upgrades, extras and plenty of storage. This model features triple slide-outs, a rear entertainment center, and a functional and spacious kitchen. On the first slide, there is a free-standing dinette with two chairs and two recliners. On the opposite side, there is a slide out with an L-shaped sofa, L-shaped counter, double kitchen sink, three burner range, and overhead cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space along with a microwave, toaster, generous counters, and spacious refrigerator/freezer. Located along the rear wall you will find a brand new 55” LED HDTV, gas fireplace, and shelves on either side. There is an awesome stereo system that was built throughout the camper including outside speakers. Just up a couple stairs up and you‘ll find the pristine bathroom on the left. The bathroom has a toilet, large storage cabinet, shower, and sink. Since we have had this parked in our front yard while our house is being remodeled, we have been able to use our bathroom/showers in our main house and therefore have NOT used the Fifth Wheel bathroom at all and it is literally like brand new. In the front bedroom, there is space for a king mattress, but we have used a queen to save some space. The bed has built-in night stands and great overhead lighting. Opposite the bed, there is a small dresser and another wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and along the front wall you will find more storage in the closet and drawers. The closet is prepped for a washer/dryer if you choose to add that. The unit has a leveling jack system and rear stabilizing legs. There is a large HVAC unit system that uses 50A electric service and comes with a 30-amp converter. We will include the very long electrical cable we had our E1 Master Electrician make which was over $ 1500.00. The heat and central air conditioning work beautifully. We have kept our ”home away from home” very clean. Both us and the original owners are non-smokers so the unit is clean and free of odors. This fifth wheel is perfect for a family of four, couple, or traveling worker! The sofa converts to a queen bed. At the beginning of the 2022 season, we had four brand new tires installed that are better grade than the factory. Also purchased new this year is a full all-season cover and a pretreated deck mounted to the exit door for easier access to walk into and out of the entrance. Roof is excellent (no leaks and sealed) and we have not used the bathroom/shower at all so it's totally clean and working, and was winterized and cleaned by the previous owner. The bathroom is in perfect shape and has not been utilized and so is nice and clean as it is in the photos. Thank you,
