This 5th wheel is an absolute gem! It has a king size bed in the master, that has an upgraded 12" memory foam bed. It has a closet for hanging items, a dresser, equipped for a TV, and has washer/dryer hookups if you want to add them to do your laundry on the go.

The bathroom has a porcelain toilet and full residential shower, with a seat and skylight above it for natural lighting. All this, along with a stainless-steel sink and extra storage for linens and toiletries.

The mid-bunk room has a barn style door, allowing it to be closed off completely providing some quiet privacy for sleeper. The mid-bunk room is equipped with a tri-fold sofa that can transform into a queen-size bed along with lots of storage and has room for another TV if desired. Above the second bedroom is a loft area and storage. This is great as a play area for small kids, extra sleeping or storage if needed.

The living area consists of a large kitchen equipped with a residential sized fridge, 3 burner stove with glass cover, an oven, and microwave. The kitchen island boasts lots of storage and a large stainless-steel sink, with a dish dryer cover. Included is booth seating that turns into another bed for sleeping and includes storage. Next to the kitchen is the rear living area, that has a full couch that will turn into a queen sleeper along the rear of the RV and two fully reclining Thomas Payne theatre seating, 50” tv with electric fireplace below.

Outside it has a huge Electric awning with friction hinge adjustment, LED light strip, & manual override, Extra-wide solid step stairs for entering and exiting the RV along with a prep-station that consists of a small fridge and storage.
