This RV has been parked at my home but my wife and I downsized to a condo and I am not permitted to park it there so I park it in a secure lot. I have enjoyed this RV very much because of its convenient size. It will fit in parking spaces in town, it is fun to drive the back country roads and it'd height is 9'4" so it can go under many back road underpasses. When going to Seattle many roads you can travel at 80 mph and it had no problems. It had plenty of power, no problem with traveling at high attitudes: 7,000 ft, 8,000 ft, 9,000 ft, 10,000 ft. and of course sea level. This 5 cylinder diesel with turbo does not need those additives that a new diesel engine requires. Just updated the driveshaft with a Dorma driveshaft with new u-joints and new center support as well as new Amsoil severe gear lubricating replaced into differential this was done because a u-joint was going bad. Also changed engine oil and filter with Amsoil. So it is serviced and ready to go traveling. Also if needed I will spend a 1/2 day after purchase to indoctrinate you on the operations of this RV's features. SEE THE U.S.A.! This RV needs to be seen in person as well as driven to appreciate its capabilities.
Has passed the PA State Inspection.
