2015 Dutchmen Voltage 3970 44' Fifth Wheel. 3 Slide Outs. 3 Awnings. Sleeps 9. 3 AC Units and Leveling Jacks.
We bought this Toy Hauler last July from the original owner as a temporary housing solution while on the road for work, for our family of 5. We chose this RV because of the great layout, specifically the great kitchen. The pantry is large and there is enough counter space to actually function. The standard living room couches, however, were not highly functional. They weren't comfortable and left very little floor space. We replaced them with a great straight couch plus storage ottoman on one side and a table on the other. The couch is great because it also has storage underneath and folds down as another double bed. We also wanted the large bathtub since we have 3 young kids and it works great.
We considered bunkhouses verses garages and chose the garage/toy hauler option because of the flexibility. While traveling we can pack all our bikes, toys, equipment in there and then convert it into bunks when we settle down. We currently use it as our kids bedroom. As seen in the photos, we have a full sized twin bunk back there. The roll up beds are still there, and the top bed has a double mattress with guard rails. The room is easily converted back to the garage as no permanent changes have been made.
The entire trailer is outfitted with useful storage solutions including trash cans, drawer organizers, pantry organizers, cabinet organizers, shoe bins, and other various storage bins and baskets.
This toy hauler is ready for full time living or luxurious weekend getaways with the family. We have added a plush pillow top king mattress, ice maker in the refrigerator, washer/dryer combo that works great, wireless backup and garage cam, Verizon hotspot, and Wineguard TV antenna.
This rig also comes with the EPIC IV trim and four season all weather package. We have lived in this during the winter when it was 3 degrees outside and kept the trailer inside at 70 degrees around the clock.
